This Cookie Policy explains how Cairngorm Research Limited (a company incorporated in Scotland with company number SC877959 and having its registered office at Summit House, 4–5 Mitchell Street, Edinburgh, EH6 7BD) (trading as Mint) ("We", "Us", "Our") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website and app (the "Site/App").
Cookies are small text files placed on Your device when You visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage, which work in a comparable way. We refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy.
We only use cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for the Site/App to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

We do not ourselves set or read any third-party cookies (for example, for advertising, analytics, or error monitoring) on the Site/App.
When a Venue Operator subscribes to the Service, they are taken to a payment page hosted by Our payment provider, Stripe, on Stripe's own domain. Stripe may set its own cookies on that page, governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies, not by Us. We do not have access to or control over those cookies.
If this changes — for example, if We introduce analytics or other third-party services — We will update this Cookie Policy to describe any third-party cookies used and link to the relevant provider's policy.
As We only use strictly necessary cookies, disabling them through Your browser settings may affect the functionality of the Site/App, including Your ability to stay signed in, to use a saved allergy profile, or to avoid being asked to re-accept Our Menu Terms on each visit. Most browsers allow You to manage cookie and local storage settings — refer to Your browser's help documentation for guidance.
We may change, update, add to or delete from this Cookie Policy from time to time without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted to the Site/App.
This Cookie Policy is governed by the law of Scotland. Any disputes arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
